Product Description
The DPR-2200 is a SMART differential pressure transmitter with two diaphragm seals, designed for accurate measurement of differential pressure, level, and flow in gas, vapour, and liquid media. It is suitable for use in corrosive atmospheres and resistant to chemical attack, making it ideal for hydrostatic level measurement in closed tanks, density and phase boundary detection, and filter loss pressure measurement in pasteurisers and similar applications.
Key Features:
- High accuracy of ±0.1% (FSO)
- 4-20mA analogue output with digital HART communication
- Fully HART compatible, configurable via KAP-03 communicator, HART communicators, or PC with D-Soft software
- Static pressure limit up to 420 bar
- ATEX certified versions available (Intrinsic Safety, Flameproof)
- Fully welded sensor ensures long-term tightness of oil-filled systems
- Locally configurable measuring range
- Piezoresistive silicon sensor isolated from process media by sealing systems
- Withstands pressure surges and overloads up to 40 bar
- Aluminium or stainless steel housing with IP66/IP67 protection
- Available with direct diaphragm seal and remote diaphragm seal configurations
- Wide choice of diaphragm seal types (S-Comp, S-DIN, S-Ch, S-T, S-P) for different process connections
- Operating temperature range of -25°C to 85°C (-25 to 80°C for EEx version)
